Astoria Art Walk will be held from noon to
8 p.m. on Saturday.
1. Lower Columbia Q Center, 171 W.
Bond St.
Featuring several new and local artists
within the LGBTQ community. Information
on resources will be available.
2. Astoria Art Loft, 106 3rd St.
Showcasing a show of picture frames
from 1 to 4 p.m. The show will include the
history of picture frames; photos of antique
frames; a presentation by Michael Bruhn;
and a video from the Metropolitan Museum
of Art.
3. West Coast Artisans Gallery, 160
10th St.
Presenting new art and gifts by regional
artists. Information about the gallery’s fine
art printing service will also be available.
4. McVarish Gallery, 160 10th St.
‘Cartouche in Pink’ by Cicely Gilman, is shown at
Astoria Institute of Music and Center for the Arts.
‘Meanwhile 2021’ by Bethany Rowland, featured by Imogen Gallery.
Featuring the show “Bad Food,” which
includes paintings of food by Hickory
Mertsching, Carrie Williams and Tom
Giesler. Mertsching’s paintings feature
pub food; Williams’ feature food in vari-
ous states of decay; and Giesler’s feature
outrageous food pairings that are also fea-
tured in this month’s American Art Collec-
tor Magazine.
5. Angi D Wildt Gallery, 106 10th St.
Showcasing art by regional artist Bill
W. Dodge, who will present the show “60
Years of Art & History.” Dodge will be
present at the gallery from 2 to 6 p.m. to
discuss the stories that inspired his paint-
ings and show some of his lesser-known
work.
6. Paul Polson Studio Gallery, 100
10th St.
Presenting paintings created by Paul Pol-
son of the North Coast and Astoria area. His
Strata and Pipe Series is also on display.
7. Weird Sisters Freak Boutique,
1004 Marine Drive Suite D
Showcasing “Stone Soup Salon,” where

featured by Astoria Institute of Music and
Center for the Arts.
visitors are encouraged to bring art pieces
