Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, public hearings will be conducted
in the City Council Chambers with a limited seating arrangement.
Masks are required. To adhere to the social distancing recommen-

CITY OF ASTORIA
PUBLIC NOTICE AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Astoria is completing a project funded with Community
Development Block Grant funds from the Oregon Business De-
velopment Department. The location of the project is: qualifying
single family homes throughout Clatsop, Columbia and Tillamook
Counties. It is estimated that the project has benefited at least 23
persons of whom 100% (One Hundred Percent) are low or mod-
erate income.
A public hearing will be held by the Astoria City Council at 7:00
pm on June 21, 2021 at City Hall, 1095 Duane Street, Astoria, OR
97103.
The purpose of the hearing is for the City Council to obtain citizens
views about the project and to take comments about the local gov-
ernment’s performance. Written comments are also welcome by
email: mleatherman@astoria.or.us or by mail: 1095 Duane St., As-
toria, OR 97103. Both oral and written comments will be reviewed
by the City Council at their June 21, 2021 meeting.
The location of the hearing is accessible to the disabled. Notify
