bach of Rickenbach Construction on behalf of David Kroe-
ning, DBA Buoy Beer Brewing Company, and Owner River
Barrel Brewing, INC., to install new brewery equipment
and to construct a new utility bridge across the River Trail
right-of-way and a second new utility bridge across the 8th
Street right-of-way connecting three buildings at the Buoy
Beer Campus, addressed as 57 8th Street, 740 Astor, and 1
