This weekend features a variety of local
events and regional updates, many of which
are featured throughout this week’s print edi-
tion and online at coastweekend.com.
Starting Thursday and running through
Sunday will be the Spring Unveiling Arts
Festival in Cannon Beach. Regional artists’
newest works will be displayed at local gal-
leries. Plus, live demonstrations will be pep-
pered throughout the event.
On Saturday, The Harbor’s annual Soup
Bowl will begin. Event tickets will support
The Harbor plus local restaurants, which are
providing bowls of soup throughout May to
ticket-buyers. In the afternoon and evening,
the Gearhart and Seaside art walks will hap-
pen, where attendees can view new art exhib-
its and connect with artists and gallery own-
ers. Later in the evening, the Sou’wester will
host its fi rst in-person concert of the year.
Other events and programs are available
to read about online and in this week’s print
edition.
