Vendors sought for new Astoria market ASTORIA — Vendors are sought for the Hanthorn Cannery Market at Pier 39, a new market that will operate from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays starting May 1. Vendors who make hand-crafted prod- ucts are welcome to apply. Booths will cost $15 or $25 per event, or $55 or $80 per month, depending on the booth’s size. The market will be ran by the Han- thorn Cannery Foundation.
