The City of Astoria Design Review Commission will hold a public
hearing on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 5:30 p.m., at Astoria
City Hall, Council Chambers, 1095 Duane Street, Astoria. The
purpose of the hearing is to consider the following request:

Design Review Request (DR20-02) by Joel and Danita De-
mers to construct a dwelling at 2305 Mill Pond Lane (Map
T8N R9W Section 9CB, Tax Lot 6850; Lot 17, Mill Pond Vil-
lage 2) in the Attached Housing-Mill Pond (AH-MP), Gateway
Overlay (GO), and Civic Greenway Overlay (CGO) Zones.
Development Code Sections 2.984 to 2.992 (AH-MP), 14.001
to 14.003 (Overlays), 14.005 to 14.030 (GO), 14.035 to 14.075
