The City of Astoria’s Historic Landmarks Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 5:15 p.m. in the
Astoria City Hall, Council Chambers, 1095 Duane Street, Astoria.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider the following request:

Exterior Alteration Request (EX20-04) by Thomas and Pris-
cilla Levy to replace 19 wood windows with 19 new Fibrex
windows at 1606 Grand Avenue (Map T8N-R9W, Section 08
DC, Tax Lot 0101; Lot 7, Block 15, Shively’s) in the R-3 (High
Density Residential) Zone. The site is designated Secondary
in the Shively-McClure National Register District. Develop-
ment Code Sections 2.150 to 2.185, Articles 6, 7, and 9, and
