of County owned vehicles,
equipment and ferry boat.
Mechanic II must be able to
make decisions, problems
solve,
research,
update
knowledge, communication/
translation between supervi-
sors, co-workers, ferry crew
and public; must be able
to keep records/permits for
shop and vehicles updated.
A Commercial Driver’s Li-
cense (CDL) with the proper
endorsements is required for
this position and three plus
years of mechanic experi-
ence with gas; diesel, trans-
mission, hydraulic, welding,
automotive electronics expe-
rience. Wage dependent on
experience, with benefits.
