Notice is hereby given that the City Engineer of the City of Seaside, Oregon, has prepared
a proposed assessment roll for the improvement on certain properties on Avenue ‘H’ by installing new
storm drainage catch basins and piping, reconstruction of existing road bed and asphalt paving the
roadway as required by city standards
The City Engineer has ascertained what he believes to be a just apportionment of the cost of
the improvement in accordance with Chapter 33 – Improvement Districts of the City of Seaside Code
of Ordinances and in accordance with special peculiar benefits derived by each lot, or part thereof, or
parcel of land abutting on the street as its share of the assessment.
The whole cost of the improvement to be assessed to the district benefited will be $24,590.60.
