improve quality and effec-

process is to provide an eval-
uation of the overall quality
of Clatsop’s educational pro-
grams with a specific focus on
student learning outcomes.
Clatsop Community College
has been accredited continu-
ously by NWCCU since 1965,
having most recently reaf-
firmed in 2014.
As part of the process, com-
ments from the public are
invited and considered with
regard to Clatsop’s qualifica-

Sealed bids for the Warrenton Urban Renewal Landscape Improvements 2019 will be received by
Adam Dailey, P.E., Consultant, for the Owner, City of Warrenton, at 225 S Main Avenue, Warrenton,
Oregon 97146 at 2:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, on July 8, 2019 at which time and place they will
be publicly opened and read aloud. No bids will be accepted after this time. All bidders shall submit,
in a separate, sealed envelope, within two working hours of the bid opening time, on the bid date, a
completed First? Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form in compliance with ORS 279C.370.
The work for this project consists of landscape improvement work. The work will be accomplished in
the Summer of 2019.
In general the elements of work include, but are not limited to:
1. Demolition and removal of existing asphalt, concrete,unclassified fill, landscape elements,
electrical, and miscellaneous features.
2. Construction of concrete curb.
3. Installation of drain rock and inlet protection.
4. Install electrical including conduit.
5. Install landscape border and pavers.
6. Pressure washing.
7. Install storm drain line and inlets.
8. Erosion control.
9. Install landscaping, including plants, soil, and irrigation.
