Pub and Fine Foods
hosts comedian
ASTORIA – Comedian Rio Hillman will per-
form at 9 p.m. Monday, June 24, at Capricorn Pub
and Find Foods, 1040 Commerical St.
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased
in advance at the pub or by calling
503-741-3788.
Hillman arrived on the comedy scene
more than a decade ago was born in Chi-
cago and raised in Wisconsin.
With his Midwestern charm and lik-
ability Hillman brings the audience into
his world punch line by punch line. He
believes that subtlety and time are key prin-
ciples to building the crowd up to the punch
line.
To him, it’s nothing new to fi nd humor
throughout the stress of everyday life.
His comedy has been seen in the Midwest as
well as on the West Coast.
