Sealed bids for the Manzanita Avenue & 3rd Street Reconstruc-
tion Project will be received and accepted via the online elec-

until 2:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time, on March 19, 2019 for the
Owner, City of Manzanita, at 543 Laneda Avenue, Manzanita, Or-
egon 97130, at which time and place they will be publicly opened
