District (SETD) announces
the opportunity for eligible
parties in Clatsop County to
apply for Grant funding for the
2019-2021 Biennium. Proj-
ects providing transpor-
tation services for older
adults and persons with
disabilities are eligible for
funding. Eligible parties in-
clude: Cities; Counties; Trans-
portation districts; Public or
private agencies; Federally
recognized Indian Tribes; Indi-
viduals; or any of these joined
in cooperative agreements.
1. Special Transportation
Fund (STF): State STF
funds for Seniors and Per-
sons with Disabilities are
allocated to SETD as the
designated STF agency by
the Oregon Department of
Transportation. STF Esti-
mated biennial allocation is
$187,727.
2. §5310 Program Funds:
Federal funds identified
as “Enhanced Mobility for
Seniors and Individuals
with Disabilities”, Estimat-
ed biennial grant funds are
$277,950. This program has
a match component.
STF and/or §5310 are sepa-
rate grant programs and have
separate applications. Appli-
cations intended for projects
in Clatsop County must be
submitted to SETD no later
than 5:00 PM on January 31,
