GEARHART — Gearhart celebrates its centennial in 2018,
and on the first Saturday of each month it celebrates the
Gearhart Art Walk, where you can wander through town and
enjoy refreshments and art.
The next Art Walk takes place 2 to 5 p.m. Nov. 3.
SEASIDE — Celebrating 14 years in 2018, the next Seaside
First Saturday Art Walk, will be held 5 to 7 p.m. Nov. 3. The
free event is all about seeing and selling art in sponsoring
businesses between Holladay Drive and Broadway Street in
the historic area of downtown Seaside.

Mimi is introducing a new
series, “Mud Clocks,” using vintage
clocks and embellishing them with
mixed-media and found objects, in-

also has new acrylic paintings and her
popular sand dollar mosaics.
Susan has created beautiful
artisan necklaces combining
semi-precious stones with art clay
silver, copper and bronze. Light
appetizers will be served and music to
be announced.

Trail’s End Gallery will have a new
show opening with a reception honor-
ing Kathy Samsel, a multi-media artist
displaying her photography.
At this summer’s Trail’s End
Annual Judged Show, Samsel took
first place in the photography division
and Best in Show for her photo of
Haleakala.
