Mission:
The mission of the Clatsop CASA
Program, Inc. is to provide trained
volunteers to speak for the best
interest of abused and neglected
children in Clatsop County’s court
and child welfare systems. Clatsop
CASA promotes and supports quality
volunteer representation for children,
and assists CASA volunteers as they
advocate for children to achieve
permanency in safe, nurturing
homes.
Clatsop CASA is also dedicated to
participating in community collabo-
rations to enhance service delivery
systems and strengthen family
functioning in order to encourage
permanent homes for every child in
our community.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Clatsop CASA Program provides trained volunteers to speak for the best interest of abused and neglected children
in Clatsop County. Our volunteers advocate for over 100 children every year. These children, due to no fault of their
own, find themselves in foster care. Every one of them deserves a safe, loving home. We train and support our
volunteers to provide quality representation for children to achieve that goal.
VOLUNTEER
Our volunteers come from all walks of life. They have one thing in common:
they care about the kids in our community. Give us a call to find out how you can
become a CASA!
DONATIONS AND EVENTS
We can receive donations year round by cash, check, or through our website’s
PayPal button. Find us at www.clatsopcasa.org. Join us at our annual CASA
Celebration at the BridgeWater Bistro in Astoria (March).
