to change the comprehensive

of restored tidal marsh, wet-
lands, and adjacent riparian
habitat at the confluence of
the Wallooskee and Youngs
rivers. The requested map
amendments would change
the comprehensive plan des-
ignation from Rural Agricul-
tural Lands to Natural and
the zoning designation from

to Aquatic Natural (AN). The
