The workshop costs $20.

Ayurveda and yoga teach-
er, holistic nutritionist and
certified wellness coach.
Then, from 11 a.m. to
12:45 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26,
Scott Schaeffer facilitates
an Ecstatic Dance event.
“Ecstatic Dance”
describes transcenden-
tal, sacred dance and other
practices of movement
meditation. As a rule, there
is no talking, no cameras,
no judgment — just a safe,
open space where you can
turn your mind off and
be led by your heart and
rhythm.
While not quite a work-
shop, Scott will facilitate
with a brief introduction,
definition and history of
this free-form dance. Then
join in as he plays a mix of
world and electronic beats.
The cost is $5. Wear
comfortable clothes that
allow your body to move
without restriction and
shoes that allow your feet to
move on a smooth concrete
floor.
All ages are welcome.
Children must be accompa-
nied by an adult.
