It’s fair time

he 2018 Clatsop County Fair kicked off this week with the usual attractions like 4-H, carnival rides and corn dogs, but there are
also some new things. A monster truck. Mutton bustin’ (don’t Google it, just go see it) and a miniature tractor pull. And, if that’s
