on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 immediately following the Traffic Safety
Advisory Committee meeting at 6:30pm in the Astoria City Hall,

1. Permit Extension Request for Conditional Use (CU17-06) by As-
toria Warming Center to extend the permit to September 6, 2019
to operate the Astoria Warming Center at 1076 Franklin Ave (Map
