Maintenance Manager
Hotel on the North Oregon
Coast is looking for a new
Maintenance Manager.
Primary responsibilities
include training and
managing between 5-10
staff members. Solid
working knowledge of
electrical, mechanical,
emergency and
preventative maintenance
systems is needed along
with the ability to determine
a course of action based on
this knowledge. Previous
management or supervisory
experience and basic
computer and administrative
skills are required. Work
closely with other department
managers to provide the best
customer experience possible
to our guests and maintain
the hotel at the highest
standards while keeping
downtime to a minimum. We
have Vacation, 401K and
Medical/Dental insurance.
