Housing Program Case Manager
Position Summary:
Clatsop Community Action is hiring a full-time Housing Case
Manager whose primary responsibility is to assist individuals and
families with housing and other needed services through case
management, special grant funding, and through appropriate
referral(s). The Housing Case Manager schedules appointments to
screen potentially eligible applicants for available housing
pro- grams and performs case management services to ensure
best success. Advocates and coordinates other identified social
service needs upon assessment in a respective manner. Timely,
accurate and complete documentation is essential to this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related field and/or 2
years full-time equivalent human services work experience.
*Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
*Demonstrated ability to engage and work collaboratively
with others.
*Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and ready access to
reliable transportation.
Salary: DOE, including benefits (medical, dental,
vacation, sick leave, travel reimbursement).
