Housing Program Case
Manager 40 hours/week
Position Summary:
Clatsop Community Action
is hiring a full-time Housing
Case Manager whose primary
responsibility is to assist
individuals and families with
housing and other needed
services through case
management, special grant
funding, and through
appropriate referral(s). The
Housing Case Manager
schedules appointments to
screen potentially eligible
applicants for available housing
programs and performs case
management services to ensure
best success. Advocates
and coordinates other
identified social service needs
upon assessment in a
respective manner. Timely,
accurate and complete
documentation is essential to
this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s Degree in Social
Sciences or related field
and/or 2 years full-time
equivalent human services
work experience.
*Excellent communication skills,
both oral and written.
*Demonstrated ability to engage
and work collaboratively
with others.
*Valid driver’s license, proof of
insurance and ready access to
reliable transportation.
Salary: Depending upon

HEARING
CLATSOP COUNTY
PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clatsop County Planning
Commission will conduct a public hearing starting shortly after
10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at the Judge Guy Boy-
ington Building, 857 Commercial Street, Astoria, OR, to consider
the following:
Ordinance #18-02: An amendment to the Land and Water Devel-
opment and Use Ordinance 80-14 to update the uses and develop-
ment standards of the farm and forest zones to be consistent with
state statutes, including the Exclusive Farm Use (EFU) Zone, the
Forest-80 (F-80) Zone, the Agriculture-Forestry (AF) Zone, and
the Farm and Forest Zones Dwelling and/or Use Standards; and
to add certain uses to the Residential-Agriculture 1, -2, -5 and -10
(RA-1, RA-2, RA-5 & RA-10) Zones.
Copies of all documents are available for inspection at the Clat-
sop County Planning Division at 800 Exchange St, Suite 100,
during normal business hours (M-F, 7:30-4) at no cost, and may
be obtained at reasonable cost. A copy of the staff report will be
available for inspection at the Planning Division at no cost at least
seven days prior to the hearing and may be obtained at a reason-
able cost. The staff report will also be posted at least seven days
prior to the hearing on the Planning Division’s Pending Land Use
Applications website: https://www.co.clatsop.or.us/projects.
All interested parties are invited to testify in person by attending
the hearing or in writing by addressing comments to the Clatsop
County Planning Commission, 800 Exchange Street, Suite 100,
Astoria, OR 97103. Written comments may also be sent via FAX
to 503-338-3606 or via email to comdev@co.clatsop.or.us. Written
comments must be received no later than 4:00 PM on Monday,
February 5, 2018, in order to be included in the agenda packet.
Written comments received by 4:00 PM on Monday, February 12,
2018, will be presented at the hearing. Testimony will be accepted
at the hearing up to the point when the Chair closes the public
comment portion of the hearing. Failure of an issue to be raised in
the hearing, in person or by letter, or failure to provide statements
or evidence sufficient to afford the Planning Commission an op-
portunity to respond to the issue precludes an appeal based on
that issue
