The successful proposer will enter into an agreement with Clatsop County to use an existing concession sales and kitchen area lo- cated in the Exhibit Hall area of the Fair & Expo facility. The facility will select a proposal that best demonstrates the ability to provide products and services considering pricing, quality and nutritional value suitable for a varied audience. Consideration will also be given to professional appearance and cleanliness stan- dards. In 2018 there are currently 12 events scheduled for which food concession services have been requested. In 2018 the first such event is scheduled the weekend of February 17.
