Team is holding free educa-
tional workshops during Jan-
uary and February. Both are
held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30
p.m. The First Time Home-
buyer Workshop is Jan. 6 in
Astoria and Jan. 20 in Tilla-
mook; the Financial Educa-
tion Workshop is held Jan.
13 in Tillamook and Feb. 3
in Astoria.
The First Time Home-
buyer Workshop teaches
Tongue Point students deliver coats to CCA
shopping for a home, finan-
cial readiness, understand-
ing mortgages, the closing
process and how to protect
your investment. The Finan-
cial Education Workshop
teaches budgeting, saving,
goal setting, credit manage-
ment and improving overall
financial health. Preregistra-
