PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The PSH Foundation supports dozens of programs including
access to primary care; oral health and medication for the
uninsured; diabetes education; support for patients receiving
cancer treatment; program to provide transportation to medical
appointments, especially specialty care in Portland; palliative care;
and a comprehensive program of care management for the elderly
to help them remain independent longer.

Providence Seaside Hospital
Foundation was established in 1988
to further the Mission of Providence:
As people of Providence, we reveal
God’s love for all, especially the poor
and vulnerable through our compas-
sionate service.
• State-of-the-art laparoscopic surgical tower
• Equipment for the Emergency Department
• Clinic exam tables
• Medical, Health and Wellness transportation for vulnerable
patients
• Uninsured adults to receive oral care for dental disease
• Volunteers who create beautiful quilts for newborns and those
passing into the next life.
• Comfort care kits for patients undergoing infusion therapy
• Development of a program to ensure children’s access to
preventative oral care
• ElderPlace North Coast (PACE program) for the all-inclusive care
of the elderly

Because of today's difficult economy, more families in Clatsop County are in
need of our help, which means that we are more in need of your help. Your gift
will help provide medical and dental services, medical transportation and
outpatient medicines or supplies to our neighbors in need. Your donation,
regardless of size, will make a difference in the lives of those cared for by
Providence Seaside Hospital.
Financial donations are accepted via cash, check or credit card. Online
donations may be made at www.providencefoundations.org In-kind auction
and event donation are also sincerely appreciated.
