Th ere’s ‘Something Happening Here’: an art show, auction
ILWACO, WASH. — The
Columbia Pacifi c Heritage
Museum will hold its eighth
annual 6x6 (6-inch-by-6-
inch) Art Show and Auction
on Saturday, Nov. 4.
This year’s event, “Some-
thing Happening Here,”
has gathered more than 60
art objects from some of
the region’s most talented
artists. The theme for this
year’s auction is inspired
by the special exhibition
“Flashback: Remembering
the 1960s.”
“From music to social
justice protests, the 1960s
continue to inspire creative
expression,” Museum Direc-
tor Betsy Millard said.

Tickets for the auction
are available at the museum
for $15 each. Fifty raffl e
tickets are available for $20
each. The winner will have
the pick of any 6x6 prior to
the auction.
