the Gearhart Planning Commission will hold the following public
hearing on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., Gearhart

Surveying on behalf of Ben Johnson Sunrise Homes for property

Criteria relevant to the land partitions is Zoning Ordinance Section

sion Document for the former Naval Air Station Tongue Point, a
formerly used defense site near Astoria, Oregon. The Decision
Document summarizes the No Further Action decision based on
the Administrative Record.
The Administrative Record is a collection of documents that form
the basis for the selection of a response action at this site. Docu-
ments now in the Record files include: Preliminary Assessments/
Site Investigation reports, Inventory Project Reports, a Landfill
