CLATSOP COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clatsop County Planning
Commission and the Clatsop County Board of Commissioners
will conduct joint public hearings starting shortly after 6:00 PM on
Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at the Judge Guy Boyington Build-
ing, 857 Commercial Street, Astoria, OR, to consider the follow-
ing:Ordinance #17-04: A request to amend the County Compre-
hensive Plan to expand the City of Cannon Beach Urban Growth
Boundary to include one residential lot (5N10W Section 29CD Tax
lot 100) at 82743 Elkwood Mountain Rd. Applicants are Egrane
and Michael Brown. Ordinance #17-05: A request to amend the
County Comprehensive Plan to expand the City of Seaside Urban
Growth Boundary by approximately 49 acres to accommodate a
suitable site for a school district campus (portion of 6N 10W Sec-
tion 22 Tax lot 2102). Applicant is Seaside School District #10.
Copies of all documents are available for inspection at the Clatsop
County Planning Office at 800 Exchange St, Suite 100, during nor-
mal business hours (M-F, 7:30-4) at no cost, and may be obtained
at reasonable cost. A copy of the staff report will be available for
inspection at the Planning office at no cost at least seven days
prior to the hearing and may be obtained at a reasonable cost. The
staff report will also be posted on the Planning Division’s Pend-
ing Land Use Applications website https://www.co.clatsop.or.us/
projects.
All interested parties are invited to testify in person by attending
the hearing or in writing by addressing comments to the Clatsop
County Planning Commission and Board of Commissioners, 800
Exchange Street, Suite 100, Astoria, OR 97103. Written com-
ments may also be sent via FAX to 503-338-3666 or via email

Written comments that are received no later than 3:00 p.m. on
Wednesday, October 25, 2017, will be presented at the hearing.

40287 Miracle Drive, Astoria, OR 97103 and legally described as: Parcel 3 of Partition Plat No. 2002-
003, recorded January 23, 2002, Instrument No. 200200762, in Clatsop County, Oregon.
The complaint seeks to foreclose and terminate all interest of Debra Pitman and all other interests in
the property.
The “motion” or “answer” (or “reply”) must be given to the court clerk or administrator within 30 days of
the date of first publication specified herein along with the required filing fee. The date of first publica-
tion of the summons is August 30, 2017.
