PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project scope consists of preservation work of 8 existing multi-family housing:
1)
Alder Court Apartments (235 SW Alder Ave, Warrenton, OR 97146): Rehabilitation of four apartment
buildings containing a total of 40 units and a separate community center building. Scope of work includes structural
rehabilitation, framing repair, exterior
recladding (siding, windows, doors, roofing, gutters, WRB), signage, raised walkways and steel railings. Interior work
includes mechanical, electrical plumbing, abatement, casework, countertops, painting, gypsum, flooring, tile,
doors/hardware and window coverings. Site work includes driven piles, curbs, walks, earthwork, and asphalt paving.
2)
Canim Apartments (93 SE Third Street, Warrenton, OR 97146): Rehabilitation of a single apartment
building with four units. The scope includes full
replacement of all exterior materials (doors, windows, siding, WRB, roofing, gutters, etc.), installation of new bath
fans, flooring replacement, interior painting, misc. gypsum patching and seal coating and re-striping of parking area.

Wapiti Apartments (1621 & 1631 Honeysuckle Loop, Warrenton, OR 97146): Rehabilitation of two each
four unit apartment buildings (toal of eight units). The scope includes full replacement of all exterior materials (doors,
windows, siding, WRB, roofing, gutters, etc.), installation of new bath fans, flooring replacement, interior painting,
misc. gypsum patching and seal coating and re-striping of
parking area, site work for revised drainage.
EEO certification is required for subcontractors doing business in excess of $2,500. This project is striving to achieve
DBE, WBE, MBE & ESB subcontractor utilization rates of 20%.
