Part-time Office Assistant
City of Warrenton Public Works Department is accepting applications for a
Part-time Office Assistant, Salary is 50% of Range 15 Step A: $2754.94 -
3,351.60 monthly. This is an AFSCME union position with excellent
benefits including PERS/OPSRP, Life and AD&D insurance, HSA and
deferred compensation accounts, paid vacation, holidays and sick leave.
REQUIRES: Valid Oregon Driver's License, HS diploma or equivalent, pre-
employment background check and drug test.
POSITION: This is a part time position generally working 20 hours a week.
Under the supervision of Public Works Director, or designee, performs or
assists in a variety of semi-skilled administrative work requiring moderate
responsibility and independent judgment. Provides clerical and secretarial
support to the Public Works Department: prepares correspondence, reports
from rough drafts, files written materials, prepares invoices for services
rendered; coordinates purchasing of supplies; maintains records and files.

Crime Victims Advocate (Long Beach Office): Duties include providing
crisis intervention, legal advocacy/medical advocacy and referrals to victims of
general in Pacific County (1 position in the Long Beach Office).
High School Diploma or GED Equivalency required, Bachelorʼs degree in
Human Services or related field preferred. Demonstrable skills and abilities in
speaking, writing and public relations. Must sign Agency Code of Ethics and
clear background check. Pay range $13-$15 depending on experience,
40 hours per week, health benefits, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.

CSN-Childrenʼs Advocacy Center Forensic Interviewer: Crisis Support
Networkʼs-Childrenʼs Advocacy Center is looking for persons who are
interested in developing Forensic Interviewing skills to assist the Pacific
County Multi-Disciplinary Team when working with children who may have
been affected by physical and sexual abuse.
Preferably the person/personʼs selected for the position will be able to
demonstrate: the ability to talk at ease with children ages 3 to 18 about
possible physical and sexual abuse they have experienced, the capacity to
enter in to a professional services contract with CSN, the flexibility to travel
and receive extensive interviewing training.
Must be at minimum twenty-one years of age. Possess and maintains a valid
Driverʼs License and have a High School Diploma or GED. Preference may
be given to those that have prior experience working with children who have
been abused and/or have experience in the Law Enforcement field.
