Reference is made to that certain Trust Deed made by 156 SIXTH STREET LLC, as Grantor, to AmeriTitle,
Inc., as Trustee, in favor of SCOTSMAN ENTERPRISES LLC, as Beneficiary, dated May 16, 2016, recorded
May 18, 2016, in the Records of Clatsop County, Oregon, as Instrument No. 201603537 covering the
following described real property situated in said county and state, to wit:

Lot 5, Block 2, OCEANSIDE ADDITION TO GEARHART PARK, in the City of Gearhart, County of Clatsop,
State of Oregon.
Both the Beneficiary and the Trustee have elected to sell the said real property to satisfy the obligations
secured by said Trust Deed and a Notice of Default has been recorded pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes
