“We got so lucky,” Jim said.
Katrina wore a strapless, hand-beaded dress that was
“flowy and beautiful.” Jim wore a gray suit tuxedo. No shoes
were needed.
Jim’s childhood friend performed the ceremony, and the
couple was attended by friends from Eugene and San Diego.
The ceremony was “pretty casual, quick and sweet,” Kim
said.
“It will be a day we will never forget; it will always be in

the beach, Katrina would suggest going through a resort. “The
resort has working relationships with vendors and shops,” she
said. “I would also suggest booking the hotel far in advance.”
The location is important, too. Cannon Beach will be long
remembered, Jim said.
“I’d be surprised if I could ever forget Cannon Beach,” Jim
said. “There’s no place like Cannon Beach.”
