REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Notice is hereby given that Clatsop County PUBLIC WORKS is seeking
Proposals from firms for Design - Build Services to Design/Build a
Household Hazardous Waste Facility.
DOCUMENTS:
The RFP is available on the Clatsop County web site
www.co.clatsop.or.us under heading of Household Hazardous Waste,
Request for Proposal. Interested parties may download a complete set
of RFP documents from the Clatsop County County-Web Bid Page at:

The Request for Proposal documents are available for viewing at
Clatsop County Public Works, 1100 Olney Ave. , Astoria, OR 97103,
503-325-8631 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. local time.
The estimated cost is $500,000 for the 2,500 s.f. building including site
work.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held by the County at 10:00
A.M. January 17, 2017; at 820 Exchange St. Astoria relevant to this
Request for Proposals.
PROPOSALS will be received until, but not after, 3:00 p.m. February 15,
2017. Proposals that are received after the closing time will not be
accepted for any reason and will be returned unopened. Delivery to an
office other than the office identified above is not acceptable.

prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject
for good cause any or all Proposals upon a finding of the County that it
is in the public interest to do so.
