entire hotel property, including the
physical building structure, all
mechanical, electrical, HVAC
systems and related equipment with
particular attention towards
ensuring all equipment works and is
properly maintained; the
Preventive Maintenance Program for
the guest rooms is top quality,
safety, guest satisfaction, security
and asset protection. In addition,
you will be accountable for
managing the budget, preventative
maintenance of all equipment and
energy conservation.
