• 2 lbs. ground beef
• Pepper to taste
• Garlic to taste
• 4 T. fl our
• 1 egg
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 chopped white onion
Combine all the above, mix well.
Divide into 4 equal parts. Add butter
to frying pan. Add meat and fry until
desired degree of doneness is achieved.
