Sesame and Lilies, located in the Cannon Beach Mall, has opened the “Upstairs Art Gallery” featuring
paintings by Diane Speakman. Speakman specializes in seascapes, birds and animal portraits in oil and
acrylic on canvas and hardboard. She has been painting on the Oregon coast for twenty years. She
utilizes a moderate pallete to render the soft hues of the northwest coast which gives her paintings
an impressionistic feel. Her new works which include Maine seascapes and animal portraits, are
currently showing at Sesame+Lilies Upstairs Art Gallery. Diane’s other works can be viewed on Sesame
