The Clatsop County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Wednesday October 12, 2016 at 6
p.m. at the Judge Guy Boyington Building located at 857 Commercial Street in Astoria on the sale of the
following described real property for recreation and park purposes, to the City of Seaside, a political
subdivision of the State of Oregon.

A parcel of land in Section 28, Township 6 North, Range 10 West, Willamette Meridian, County of Clatsop,
Oregon, and being a portion of that parcel of land deeded to the Astoria & Columbia River Railroad Co. by the
Seaside Real Estate & Investment Co. and recorded in Book 60, Page 222, Deed Records of Clatsop County,
