number of FamilyCare Health
Medicare Advantage plans offered
in the Portland tri-county area and
in Clatsop County. This applies
only to several specific FamilyCare
Health Medicare plans. If you are

(PPO),
FamilyCare Choice RX (PPO),
FamilyCare Select (HMO), or

will need to make some decisions
about how you want to get your
