The Seaside Planning Department has received the following request:
16-043VRD & 16-044V is a request by Claire McIntyre for a four (4)
bedroom Vacation Rental Dwelling Permit with a maximum occupancy
of not more than ten (10) people regardless of age. The owner is also
requesting a variance to the 50% front yard landscaping requirement
based on pre-existing development of the site. The property is located
at 218 14th Avenue (6-10-16DA TL 2001) and it is zoned Medium
Density Residential (R-2). The review will be conducted in accordance
with Articles 6, 7, and 10 of the Seaside Zoning Ordinance which
establishes the review criteria and procedures for a Conditional Use
and Variance. The specific review criterion for Vacation Rental
Dwellings is included in Section 6.137 of the Ordinance.
16-046V: A request by David Ott for a variances at 420-430 S
Columbia. (6 10 21AC TL: 10300). The property is zoned Resort
Residential (RR) and the applicant is requesting variances to the
development standards in order to allow him to build a two story four-
plex. The applicant is requesting a rear yard setback of 13.5 feet
instead of the 15 foot requirement; parking space wheel stops setback
of 3'.5 feet from the property line instead of the 4.5 feet; and parking
within in the front yard setback that will include 7 off street spaces
instead of 8, two of which will be compact spaces.
16-047V: A request by R. Gregg Farmer for a variance at 462 13th
Avenue. (6 10 16DA TL: 8000). The property is zoned Medium
Residential (R-2). The applicant is requesting a variance to the 9' wide

Dwellings. The 8' wide parking spaces would be adjacent to an access
easement that runs parallel to the west property line.

of the Seaside Zoning Ordinance, which establishes the review criteria

The work for this project consists of storm water pump station construction work near 4th and South Main. The

DEFAULT FOR WHICH FORECLOSURE IS MADE: Grantor is in default and
Beneficiary seeks to foreclose the Trust Deed for failure by Grantor to make any repayment of
principal and interest from and after the date of the original funding as described in Section 5 below.

SUM OWING ON OBLIGATION SECURED BY TRUST DEED: Beneficiary has declared
all amounts owing on the obligation secured by the Trust Deed immediately due and payable. The
sums owing on the obligation secured by the Trust Deed are: Principal in the total amount of $26,773.50,

$10,500.00 on
