Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Gearhart Zoning and
Development Code Section 12.030 Notice of Public Hearing, the
Gearhart Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
September 8, 2016 at 6:00 p.m., Gearhart City Hall, 698 Pacific Way,
Gearhart, Oregon.
Said hearing is to consider Variance request File #16-004V submitted by
Cheryl Johnson for property located at 4905 Gronmark Lane and
further described as Assessors Plat 7.10.34CA, Tax Lot 2100. The
request is seeking relief from Section 6.010(4) Accessory Uses
requesting an accessory structure of 672 square feet, 222 square feet
about maximum allowable size. Approval Criteria relevant to the
