Clatsop Community Action (CCA) provides supportive services to struggling
individuals and their families. CCA values its positive relationships with
other community partners that have proven essential in order to address the
many needs that our clients may face to become healthy, safe and
self-sufficient members of the community.
Clatsop Community Action (CCA) is seeking to hire and support a full-time,
40-hour/week employee who will work onsite at Providence Seaside
Hospital to provide ease of access for all those who need direct supportive
housing, energy assistance and general Information and Referral for
services offered by CCA and other community resources throughout the
County. The Community Resource Desk Employee must provide
information, referrals and advocacy where appropriate, in a warm,
non-judgmental, professional manner.

Sealed bids for the SE 4th & Main Ave Stormwater Pump Station Rebuild Project will be recieved by Otak,
Inc., for the Owner, City of Warrenton, at (City Hall) 225 S. Main Avenue, Warrenton, Oregon 97146 at 2:00
P.M., Pacific Standard Time, on September 1, 2016 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and
read aloud. No bids will be accepted after this time. All bidders shall submit, in a separate, sealed envelope,
within two working hours of the bid opening time, on the bid date, a completed First-Tier Subcontractor
Disclosure form in compliance with ORS 279C.370.
The work for this project consists of storm water pump station construction work near 4th and South Main. The
work will be accomplished in the Summer/Winter of 2016 and finish in early 2017.
In general the elements of work include, but are not limited to:
1. Furnish, Install and remove temporary pump around
2. Demo - wastehaul existing top and existing pump station equipment
3. Furnish, Install and compact aggregate base to elevations shown
4. Furnish, Install and test pumping equipment in wet well, complete with electrical, site piping and concrete
products.
5. Furnish and Install new slab with safety hatch, per plans
6. Furnish and Install new concrete manhole section
7. Furnish and Install new fiberglass equipment shelter
