Kids from all over the region strut their stuff on Wednesday night through
the streets of Downtown Astoria. Sure to bring a smile. Hosted by Astoria-
Warrenton Kiwanis.
What’s a festival without a huge parade? Following the commemoration
of the Megler Bridge at noon, the Grand Land Parade will move through the
streets of downtown Astoria. Get in a good spot to watch the caravan of floats
and cars. Grand Marshal Bürgermeisterin Christiane Staab and members of
the Walldorf, Germany, City Council, will be present to celebrate the oldest
Grand Land Parade west of the Rockies. The parade begins at 16th and
Exchange, goes west to Ninth, north to Duane, east to 17th. Go to

Before the sun goes down, at high tide, gather with us all along the
Columbia Riverfront for the annual Regatta Boat Parade. Sponsored by
