BE IT KNOWN, that Lois J.
Dupey, in order to comply with
that certain Order and Injunction
issued by the Superior Court of
Pacific County, in South Bend
WA, on 12/29/15, (Judge Mi-
chael Sullivan presiding) and
pursuant to a lawsuit filed
against her person by Western
Wahkiakum Telephone Co., did
surrender her home and belong-
ings on 7/29/16 at the address
of 312 Knappton Rd., Naselle.
She has removed to a tent along
the roadstead, in order to com-
ply with those court orders, per-
taining to ownership of all land
between her home/office and
the road front at said address
(formerly the building of Arthur
Strand Insurance and Naselle to
to Coast Realty).
Ownership of the area in question
is claimed by Steve Appelo, affi-
ant and company secretary in a
sworn statement appended to
said lawsuit (filed 8/29/14), on
behalf of Western Wahkiakum
Telephone.
Traumatized by fear of arrest and
threatened continually since
summer of 2013, Defendant, no
longer able to legally enter her
home, has complied with the
court order, on the date above
mentioned, and as of 7/29/16 is
no longer an owner of property
claimed by Western Wahkiakum
to the north of the 25ʼ road front-
age they purchased from
Naselle Finnish Lutheran
Church pursuant to a 1951 deed
appended to the same lawsuit.
Persons having knowledge or
wishing to bear witness to this
chain of events, should contact
Senators For the State of Wash-
ington and offer testimony.
