Fort Clatsop Road under construction The Daily Astorian Fort Clatsop Road just south of Netul Landing at Lewis and Clark National His- torical Park is closed through August for a culvert repair. Clatsop County Public Works closed a 160-foot area on Fort Clatsop Road to repair the culvert. The road will be com- pletely closed to all traffi c . Visitors can still reach Lewis and Clark National His- torical Park. For drivers in the area, a detour is set up at Lewis and Clark Road. In addition, Clatsop County Public Works is replacing a culvert on Cullaby Lake Lane. Work will last until Aug. 12. Cullaby Lake Lane will remain open to one lane of traffi c.
