Seaside High School Gymnasium Roof Replacement Project

Seaside School District plans to replace the existing roof system
covering the Seaside High School Gymnasium located at 1901 North
Holladay Drive, Seaside, Oregon 97138. The scope of work includes,
but is not limited to removal of existing roof system and related
flashings down to existing roof deck at approximately 14,000 square
feet of roof area. Replacement will include installation of a fully-
adhered single ply membrane over rigid insulation assembly, sheet
metal flashing and trim and other Work indicated in the Contract
Documents. The work shall be completed between July 25, 2016 and
September 2, 2016. Interested contractors are required to attend a
