Services Specialist at the Casey Eye Institute Astoria clinic.
Position requirements: Requirements include six months of work
experience in a medical office setting, including high volume direct
patient contact; OR one year of work experience in a high volume direct
public contact position; OR successful completion of the PAS Trainee
position; basic computer keyboarding skills including typing of 30 - 45
wpm; strong customer service skills in all interactions, including both
telephone and face-to-face situations; the ability to coordinate multiple
tasks and prioritize; and the ability to sit for the majority of the work
day. Preferred qualifications include two years of work experience in a
medical office in a high volume direct patient contact; ophthalmology
experience; and excellent computer and keyboarding skills.
Salary Range: $17.06-$23.09/hr
