• At 12:06 a.m. Thursday, Oregon State Police arrested
Christy Killeen Baker, 36, of Astoria, for driving under the
infl uence of intoxicants on U.S. Highway 30 milepost 96.
Baker’s blood alcohol content was measured at 0.14 percent,
according to police.
