meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Commit-
tee. A copy of the proposed budget may be inspected or obtained on
or after May 27, 2016 between 2:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. at the Astoria
Transit Center Ticket Counter at 900 Marine Drive, Astoria, OR. A sec-
ond Budget Committee meeting will take place on June 10, 2016 at
