sand to get rid of unwanted
footprints.

A dream
Known for 2007’s “You

began dreaPing about “Sea-
side” and writing the script
four to ¿ve \ears ago.
“I was inspired b\ a lot of
other people doing low-bud-
get features,” he said.
The location was also a
wa\ to use his resources ² his
faPil\’s beach house in Arch
&ape, where soPe scenes will
be ¿lPed ² to tell a stor\ in
an “intense location” with a
liPited budget.
“I Must love the direct-
ing process and being able
to showcase this beautiful,
relaxing part of the world,”
=alutsk\ said. “It’s a reall\
special place. We’ve been
getting lots of help froP the
people of Seaside and Can-
non Beach.”
The sPall crew includes
the director, assistant direc-
tor, producer, production
designer, director of pho-
tograph\, assistant caPeras,
Pakeup artist, lighting techni-
cian, production assistant and
others.
“When \ou’re working
that hard in that Pan\ da\s
ver\ intensel\, \ou need a
good crew,” =alutsk\ said.
“Luckil\, ever\one is great so
far and we’re having a reall\
great tiPe.”
