mountain bike riders, the North
Coast Trail Alliance (NCTA)
came together to clean up gar-
bage and debris around the for-
est roads in the “Pipeline” area,
which is currently owned by
the Oregon Department of For-
estry (ODF).
Two Seaside High School
students, Taylor Barnes and
Hunter Thompson also showed
up to pitch in.
